Richard Brown (Democratic Party) was a member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 27. He assumed office in 2017. He left office on January 8, 2025. Brown (Democratic Party) ran for election for Lieutenant Governor of Missouri. He lost in the general election on November 5, 2024. He leads the Richard Brown Orchestra, one of Houston's most popular dance bands that play large social galas, special events and weddings.
