Do you have to connect DP-out on PC to DP-in on U3223QE monitor to get daisy chaining to work with P2725H at the end of the daisy chain? BTW: Open the OSD screen on the P2725H monitor using the "joystick" controls on the back. Find the Input Source options screen and if it's set to Auto (default setting) try changing that to DP.
